Mary Ann Lusson Herricks, 92, of Amarillo died Thursday, March 19, 2015.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Mary Ann was born June 16, 1922 in Barron County, WI to Joseph T. and Frances T. Lusson.
She was a dynamic real estate broker. In Cloudcroft, NM, Mary Ann was a board member of the Property Owners Association, President of the Home Owners Association and Secretary of the Water Board. She was also a member and on the church council of the Cloudcroft Sacred Heart Mission Catholic Church. Mary Ann was a foster parent for newborn infants up for adoption born to mothers on drugs and alcohol in Lubbock, Texas. She was a life member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary Post 1475.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters Irene and Evelyn Crotteau and Rita Richter and a brother Raymond Lusson.
Survivors include three daughters Cheryl Dutton, Vicki Spencer and Marsha Moreland; one son Gary Herricks; a brother Frank Lusson, ten grandchildren and fourteen greatgrandchildren..
