Mary Catherine Macht

Mary was born August 31 in London, Ontario, Canada to Anthony and Marina Zanussi.  She married the love of her life, John Macht on May 16, 1953 at St. Peters Cathedral in London, Ontario.The couple made their home in Borger before moving to Amarillo in 1994.  Mary was a homemaker that cherished her family, devoting her life to the care of her husband, daughters and grandchildren. The family would like to give a special thank you to the BSA Hospice doctors and nurses for their tender servant hearts and care.Mary was preceded in death by her sister Rena and brother Reno Zanussi.She is survived by her husband of fifty seven years, John of Amarillo; her two daughters, Myra Sena and husband Joe of Tulsa, OK and Nancy Gassaway and husband Terry of Borger, TX; three grandchildren, Chad Gassaway and fiancée Morgan Hendricks of Lexington, KY, Courtney McCollum and husband Matt of Lewisville, TX and Kenzie Sena of Tulsa, OK.
