Michele Lynn (Hagan) Munsell

Michele Lynn Munsell, age 58, entered her heavenly home on January 4, 2024.  Michele was born December 22, 1965, to Robert Dewayne and Gloria Hagan in Gary, Indiana.  She graduated from Portage, Indiana High School in 1983.

On March 23, 2013, she married her husband, Charles “Dwaine” Munsell, blending their families.

Michele had a no-nonsense attitude about life.  Though she sometimes came across as abrasive, soon, one would find she had a beautiful heart.   She is described as wonderful, caring, and loving. She enjoyed watching movies and TV, especially HGTV.  She enjoyed cooking and was known as a “clean freak.”  Dragonflies brought her joy.

Michele is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Dewayne and Gloria Hagan.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Dwaine Munsell; her sons, Nathan Grafton and his wife, Sarah of Baltimore; Nicholas Grafton of Delaware; Derek Gibbs and his wife, Ashley of Amarillo. Her bonus kids are Charles Munsell and his wife, Kayla of Odessa, and Jason Munsell of Alabama. Sister Lora Goodman and husband Donald of Indiana; her grandchildren: Camille, Nate, Jaxon, Jace, Raegan, Trinity, Minnie, C.J., Chase and Bella; and her precious pets, her bulldogs Dina and Dixie and her yorkies, Kiwi and Cosmo.
