Mila Ramsey Wedding

Mrs. Wedding was born May 9, 1915, in Jones County to John Ellis and Maggie Luttrell Culwell. She married E.W. Ramsey in 1933. He preceded her in death in 1982. She and Frank Wedding were married in 1989, and he passed away in 1991.
Mila was a homemaker and past president of the Texas A&M Mother's Club. She was active in San Jacinto United Methodist Church, the Wesley Comrades Sunday School class, past president of United Methodist Women and Church Women United.
She also was preceded in death by a son, Jerry D. Ramsey; a sister, Mary Evelyn Davis; and a brother, Dallas Culwell.
Survivors include a daughter, Janette Reid of Amarillo; two brothers, John Ellis Culwell and Dayle Culwell, both of Vigo Park; five grandchildren, David Reid, Randy Ramsey, Randa Jessen, Rachel Herald and Rick Ramsey; nine great-grandchildren; Mysti Hodges, Rusten Ramsey, Rayse Ramsey, Janae Jessen, Adam Herald, Anna Herald, Samantha Reid, Nicole Reid, and Jamie Reid; and lots of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
The family suggests memorials be to Peaceable Kingdom Retreat for Children, 19051 FM 2484, Killeen, TX 76542 or to a favorite charity.
