Norman was born May 23, 1937 to George and Ethel Steiner in Elma, New York.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Shirley Chance; three brothers, Russell Steiner, George Steiner, Mickey Steiner.
Five sons, Irven Thomas, Mark Steiner, Ronnie Steiner, Tim Steiner and Bobby Brandon; sister Dorothy Kaczmark, and brother, Raymond Steiner; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
