Patricia Ann Bartlett

Mrs. Bartlett was born in Dallas, Texas January 30, 1938 to Jesse Lou Hodge and Selma Morine Sanstrom Hodge.  She graduated from Amarillo High School and attended Amarillo College.  In 1958 she married the love of her life, Gene Bartlett in Amarillo.  She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church for over 53 years.She was the primary organizer of the “SIDS” (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) Group in Amarillo and this was a cause very dear to her heart.She is preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Christopher Bartlett.She is survived by her husband, Gene of Amarillo; three sons, Mark Eugene Bartlett of Lubbock; John Michael Bartlett and wife, Terry, of Houston; and Paul Derek Bartlett and wife Rhonda of Albuquerque; a brother, Jay Hodge of Ridgecrest, CA; and four grandchildren, Shea, Dylan, Jessica, and Caden.The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 6-8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 7.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Odyssey Hospice, 6900 I-40 West, Suite 150, Amarillo, TX 79106; or to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, PO Box 7948, Amarillo, TX 79114-7948
