Phyllis June Harris, 82, of Amarillo went to be with her Lord, January 24, 2013.
Memorial Service will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 26, 2013 in Washington Avenue Christian Church with Rev. Jim Shelburne officiating. Private family interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Phyllis was born June 21, 1930 in Rocky, Oklahoma to Millard and Ora Hill. She married the love of her life, Harold Harris, April 15, 1949. Phyllis faithfully served the Lord until her death. She was a witness and testimony to all she came in contact with. Phyllis served many years with MADD.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harold, and her brother Max.
She is survived by her daughter, Pam Griffin and husband Rick of Plano, her granddaughter, Kori Evans and husband Anthony of Grapevine, a great granddaughter, Tatum Evans, her second son, Rev. Jim Shelburne and wife Holly of Amarillo, and her brother Cleve Hill and wife Juanita of Rocky, Oklahoma.
