RHEAFERN “PERKY” FOSTER, age 89 of Amarillo died January 30, 2012 in Amarillo.

MEMORIAL Services will be held on Thursday, February 2nd, 2012 at 10:00 AM At Polk Street United Methodist Church.  The Rev. Kevin Deckard will officiate.  Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
We celebrate the life of Perky Foster, a nickname that stuck with her, which accurately described her nature and personality.  She was such a kind, gentle and encouraging person in all her roles here on earth.  Perky qualifies, without question, to join the angels in heaven.  The rest of days will be spent waiting to be by her side again.  Until then, we will feel her loving us always, as we will her.
Perky was preceded in death by her husband of seventy years, Otho Foster on June 30, 2010.
She is lovingly survived by her daughter Chesna Foster of Amarillo; her son Delbert Foster and wife Elaine of Temple, TX; two granddaughters, Delaina Foster of Houston and Tara Foster of Marquette, MI ; two great grandsons Kendrick and Carson Foster both of Houston;  and two nieces, Carol Miller of De Soto, TX and Deloris Brown of Corona, CA
