Everyone who knew Ricky always knew he would do anything for them and would go out of his way to make sure things were always taken care of. His girls knew he was always only a phone call away.He devoted his life to taking care of his family, friends, fellow officers, and those who have lost their loved ones.He instilled in his family the valuable lesson of character being who you are when no one is looking, always emphasizing the importance of doing the right thing. He was a good man who has left an incredible legacy. All though we will tremendously treasure the many memories we have made with him by our side, he will be greatly missed.
