RoAnn Foster Gray, 68, of Amarillo died August 9, 2014.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 12, 2014 in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
RoAnn was born December 13, 1945 in Amarillo to Dee and Lora Foster. She married John S. Gray December 27, 1964 in Amarillo. She worked for United Way and retired to be a full time grandmother and homemaker. She had a love for animals and was a happy, loving, and caring person who always put others first. The family wishes to extend a special Thank You to the staff at BSA Hospice for their compassion and care.
RoAnn was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, John S. Gray, her daughter, Tonja Helton and husband Byron of Amarillo, her brother, Thomas Foster and wife, Nora of Timberon, NM, her Sister in-laws, Pearl Gray of Abilene and Helen Gray of Clyde, her brother in-law, Bill Gray and wife Connie of Tularosa, NM, and her granddaughter, Victoria Helton. Her special friends, Roy and Cindee Shedenhelm of Amarillo, and Omega and Amy of Accolade Home Health Care.
