Robert F. “Bob” Fidler, 88, of Amarillo died Thursday, March 29, 2012.
Per Mr. Fidler’s wishes, no services will be held. Private family graveside services were held Saturday, March 31, 2012. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Mr. Fidler was born November 28, 1923. He served in the US Navy and was on 5 carrier ships. Bob worked for the Amarillo Helium Plant until his retirement.
Survivors include his wife LaJaun Fidler of Amarillo; a daughter Janice Moore of Amarillo; a granddaughter Myriah Moore and fiancé Cameron Blyth of Phoenix, AZ; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
