Roberta Dunnington Stuckey, 74 of Amarillo, Texas died Sunday, March 6, 2016.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2016 at Eastern Heights Christian Church in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
Roberta was born January 5, 1942 in Cherokee, Oklahoma to Clarke and Gladys Dunnington. She graduated from Cherokee High School in 1960 and attended Oklahoma University. On February 28, 1963 in Norman, Oklahoma Roberta married James E. Stuckey. They made their home in Ponca City, Oklahoma until his death in May of 2009. She moved to Amarillo, Texas in 2011 to be near family.
Roberta was a member of Eastern Heights Christian Church in Ponca City, Oklahoma, Alpha Phi Sorority, Eastern Star in Cherokee, Oklahoma and Zany Dames Red Hat Club in Amarillo, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Survivors include her daughter Kim Waters and husband David of Ft. Leonard Wood, MO; sisters, Patricia Dunnington of Kirkland, Washington and Annette Harrison and husband Stan of Amarillo, Texas; and very special nieces and nephews.
The family suggest memorials be made to a favorite charity.
