Roger Dale Sharber, age 70, of Amarillo
Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 13 at 1:00 PM at Trinity Baptist Church. The Rev. Randall Scott and Rev. Michael Carter will officiate. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia.
Dale was born in Whitesboro, Texas on August 17, 1941. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church for over 27 years. He retired from Diamond Shamrock after 34 years of employment. He was a loving, compassionate husband, dad, and papa.
Survivors include his wife, LaJuana of 52 years; daughter, Dynette Carter and husband Michael of Amarillo; son, Kenneth Sharber and wife LeAnna of Canyon; brother, Ronald Sharber of Mansfield, Texas; grandchildren, Teigha, Leslie, Joshua, Cassie, Amberly, Kinsley; and 6 great-grandchildren.
