Roy Duncan Seitz

Duncan Seitz, 66, of Amarillo, died Saturday, December 26, 2015.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Hillside Christian Church West Campus Chapel. Private interment will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia Amarillo, Texas 79110.
Duncan was born March 1, 1949 to Loy and Annas Seitz. He was raised in Mobeetie, Texas. He married Sue Sartor April 13, 1973 in Amarillo and they had a daughter, Shannon. Sue passed away in 1999. He met his soul mate, Donna in April of 2000 and they were married March 30, 2002. In 2006 Duncan developed cancer. Donna was a nurse and took great care of him helping him through his battle. He worked for Northern Natural Gas for nineteen years. He later worked for Lowe’s and the Amarillo Botanical Gardens. Duncan also proudly served in the Army National Guard. He was a member of Hillside Christian Church and loved to restore classic cars.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Sue; and his father.
Duncan is survived by his wife Donna; his daughter, Shannon Wheat and husband Jamie and their son Emerson Wheat all of Amarillo; his mother, Annas Seitz of Pampa: his sister, Betty Chapman and husband Johnny of Pampa; his sister in law Heidi Davis and husband Jed of Claude; and four nieces and two nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to Faithbuilders Sunday School Class, Hillside Christian Church, West Campus, 6100 Soncy Rd., Amarillo, Texas.
