Ruby Dell Burch

Ruby Dell Burch age 94, formerly of Amarillo passed away at King’s Manor Methodist Home in Hereford on Feb 13th two days shy of her 95th birthday.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, Feb 16 at 10:00 am at Schooler Funeral Home, Brentwood Chapel. Rev. Dale Travis of Family Life Church will officiate. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Ruby was born in Hollis, Ok to Robert and Virgie Dabbs. She attended a country school and received her high school diploma. She married the love of her life, David Herbert Burch on December 25, 1937. Ruby was a homemaker and raised her four children.
While in Amarillo she was a member of the Pleasant Valley Methodist Church. Ruby moved to Hereford to be closer to family and moved to King’s Manor eight years ago.
She was preceded in death by her a son David in 1978 and by husband, Dave in September 1998.
Survivors include her son Paul Burch and wife Alice of Amarillo; daughters Gwen Collier and husband Jimmy of Hereford, Wynelll Bolden and husband Travis of Altus, OK; a sister, Mildred Edmonson of Hollis, OK; two nieces, nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
