Ruby Naomi Ingalls

April 26, 1915 — March 25, 2010

Ruby Naomi Ingalls, age 94, died on March 25, 2010 in Amarillo.  Memorial services will be held at Anna Street Church of Christ, at 2:00 p.m. April 3, 2010.  Mr. Gene Shelburne  will officiate. Private Inurnment will be held at Llano Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.Ruby was born April 26, 1915 in Hollis, OK to Ivy Noland and Laura Armind Burk.   She married M.D. “Mike” Ingalls on July 29, 1944, in Amarillo, TX.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Mike, who passed away on January 2, 2010; her parents; her two sisters, Ruth Nell Lyde and Mary Edna Oldham and her brother Norman Ligon Burk. Survivors include her daughter, Jenelle Smith and husband, Gene of Amarillo, TX; three grandchildren, Jeannine Bellinghausen and husband, Alan of Amarillo, TX, Michael Smith and wife, Martha of San Antonio, TX, and Kenny Smith and wife, Chely of Del Rio, TX; seven great grandchildren, Traycee Dewey and husband, Kevin, Tiffany Wilborn, Shannon Bellinghausen, Nathan Bellinghausen and wife, Amanda, Cody Smith, Wesley Smith and Willson Smith; five great great grandchildren, Celese Wilborn, Chris Wilborn, Ayden Dewey, Daulton Howard and Daniel Howard and also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Seville Estates and Odyssey for all their love and care for Ruby. The family suggests memorials to the High Plains Children’s Home, P.O.
