Samantha "Sami" Leigh Ramser

Samantha Leigh “Sami” Ramser, age 30, left this world too soon on October 25, 2023 in Amarillo.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.

Sami was born on December 28, 1992, in Amarillo to her parents, Steve and Theresa Ramser. She graduated from Caprock High School. Sami was a bright, beautiful soul with deep blue eyes who fought hard against the disease of alcoholism. There were days she would win, and there were days that her disease would. However, on the days she did, there was no stopping her. She was a vivacious, fun-loving daughter, sister, mother and friend. Sami was a talented artist and was very creative. She had a passion for animals and a tight circle of childhood friends.

Sami is survived by her daughter, Aliahna; her mother, Theresa Schmitz and husband Bryan; her father, Steve Ramser, and his wife, Cindy Powell; her sister, Alexandra Ramser, and her husband, Chris Olivarez; her two nephews, Liam and Damian; and many other loving friends and family.
