Scott Eugene Plischke, 48, of Amarillo died February 12, 2014.
A Rosary will be said at 6:00 PM, Sunday, February 16, 2014 in Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 PM, Monday, February 17, 2014 in St. Mary’s Catholic Cathedral with Rev. Scott Raef celebrating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Scott was born August 5, 1965 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Eugene Wilburn and Adrian Lois Plischke. He graduated from the University of Hawaii. He married the love of his life, Karla Rojas on September 24, 1994. Scott was a loving husband and father. He was a pilot and his passion was building airplanes. Scott served 25 years for the National Weather Service.
Scott was preceded in death by his father, Eugene.
He is survived by his wife, Karla, his son, Sean; a brother, Mark Plischke of Honolulu, Hawaii, and his mother, Lois Plischke of Honolulu, Hawaii.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association
