Sherry Anne (Rickman) Gregory

Sherry Anne Gregory, age 85 of Amarillo entered the gates of Heaven on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 in Amarillo.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Llano Cemetery in Amarillo.  The Rev. Trevor Brown of First Baptist Church will officiate.  Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.

Sherry was born on November 2, 1936 in Hooker, Oklahoma to Sherrill and Sybil Anderson Rickman.

One of Sherry’s greatest attributes was her caring and gentle heart.  She was gracious to friends and family alike, never speaking a harsh word.  She was easy to get along with and had a great sense of humor.  She was also a talented individual who enjoyed playing the piano and was a talented artist.  Sherry was a long time member of First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by parents and by a son, Chris Gregory.

She is survived by her son, Lynn Gregory of Amarillo; her granddaughter, Cristal Brashears and her husband Cody; and her two granddaughters, Lilly and Madilyn.
