Sue Lundy Davis 78, of Amarillo died September 18, 2011. Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Bell Avenue Church of Christ with Mr. Glenn Walton officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 South Georgia.
Sue was born April 13, 1933 in Jayton, Tx to W.C. “Buck” and Elsie Lou (Clark) Lundy. She graduated from Dumas High School where she acquired lifelong faithful friends. Sue received a nursing degree and a real estate license. She cherished raising her daughter, Debbye, and grandchildren, Natalie and Karen. Sue was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ where she was deeply loved and served the Lord faithfully.
Sue married Algie C. Davis and they were together until he passed away.
She loved life and was active in square dancing and playing cards with her dear friends. Always considered the life of the party, Sue will join her loved ones who have preceded her in death, her beloved husband, Algie C. Davis, daughter, Debbye Bell White, mother and Father, W.C. “Buck” and Elsie Lundy and two brothers William Kyle and Nicky Webb Lundy.
Sue is survived by two granddaughters, Natalie and Karen Bell, Five Great Grandchildren, Nicolas, Peyton, Destinie, Tiffany, and Tristan. Two Brothers, David and wife Doe Lundy, Richard and wife Barbara Lundy, a sister LuAnn Bulkley and many more relatives and friends.
