astoundingly brave battle with breast cancer.

a successful realtor with Realty Central of Amarillo for six years under the guidance of broker
Cindi Bulla.
She was a board member of the Amarillo Association of REALTORS (AAOR),
Goodwill Industries of the Panhandle, and President of Associated Home Brokers of
Amarillo. She was a graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program and the Realtor
Institute. She formerly served as Chairman of the New Member Committee for AAOR,
was a member of Amarillo Little Theatre Guild, and was a multiple time Top Producer for
Realty Central.
She was a volunteer, donor, and advocate for countless local non-profit organizations in
support of children and animals.
Tanya is lovingly remembered and will be greatly missed by her two sons, Zachary
William King and Joshua Andrew Wagoner; father, Rex Ronald Wagoner of Laguna
Vista, Texas, mother Phyllis Ann Johnson of Amarillo; sister Daria Bonardi (Wagoner)
of Jupiter, Florida, and two brothers Anthony John Wagoner of Huntington Beach,
California, and Philip Michael Wagoner of Amarillo; devoted friend Mark Boatman,

family and all of God's creatures.
Tanya, your loving, caring, and kind ways will be reflected daily in the innumerable lives you have touched, whether human or animal…
Soar high, our angel…until we meet again.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to another angel, Auntie Paula Ammons.
