Tommy Tucker, 69, of Amarillo, died Monday, January 23, 2017.
Memorial Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel with Scott Rankin officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia, Amarillo, Texas 79110.
Tommy was born June 25, 1947 in Amarillo to Pete and Lola Tucker. He was a graduate of Amarillo High School. Tommy married Rebecca “Becky” Jones on December 31, 1983, in Amarillo. Tommy started his career as a stock broker, and then moved into the auto and travel industry working as a sales manager for Ray Jones Chevrolet and Jack Sisemore Traveland. He will be remembered as a good and caring friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Tommy is survived by his wife, Becky; his children, Amy Adams and husband Donnie of Amarillo, Thomas Blake Tucker and wife Amy of Austin, and Catherine Tracy Tucker of Philadelphia, PA; a brother, L. Dean Tucker and wife Gaynor of Portland, ME and two grandchildren, Emmaline Briar Tucker and Hudson Wade Adams.
