Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday November 30, 2011 at Schooler Funeral Home, Brentwood Chapel .
Travis was only with us for a short time but made such a tremendous impact on everyone’s life. He wasn’t just an Angel, but our miracle.
Travis was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Gary Kotara.
Travis is survived by his parents, Justin Lee Boles and Jill Kotara of Amarillo, two sisters, Avery and Paislee Boles, of Amarillo, his grandparents, Richard and Cyndi Boles of Amarillo, Margie Heffington of Amarillo, Martin and Sam Urbanczyk of Hereford and numerous loving family members.
Family suggests memorials be made to the Make A Wish Foundation.
