Vicky “Mah” Gail Guinn, 70, of Amarillo passed away on April 17, 2022.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 5pm to 7pm in the Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S. Georgia. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 10am in Llano Cemetery.
Mah was born on May 1, 1951 in Amarillo, Texas to Marion Steve Guinn and Betty June (Bennett) Guinn. She was devout in her faith and firm believer in Jesus Christ, a belief she instilled in all of her children.
In her down time, Mah found many ways to occupy her time. She loved to go play bingo, and absolutely enjoyed watching the Price is Right. None of those held water to her true passion, which was spending time with her family. No matter the occasion, Mah loved to be with the family. She enjoyed making memories, spoiling grand kids, and most of all, just being present in the moment with them.
Mah is preceded her in death are her mother, Betty June McDonald; father, Marion Steve Guinn; step-father, Joe McDonald; brother, Gary Steve Guinn; sister Donna Marie Guinn; and great-granddaughter, Serenity Janae Flores; and niece and nephew, Michael and Michelle Guinn. Those left to cherish Mah’s memories are her sisters, Marion June Brazel and husband Doug, and Michelle Annette Fowlkes and husband Bo; daughter, Christy Gail Flores and husband, Joe; son, Kevin Steve Conner and wife Betsy; 5 grandchildren Brandon Conner & wife Amy Kendra Conner Flores, Jojo Conner Flores, and Brittany, Brayden, and Brycen Conner; 7 great-grandchildren; 4 great great-grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews and many close friends.
