Wanda Jean (LaFon) Seaberg

Wanda Jean Seaberg, 83, of Amarillo, died Sunday, April 30, 2017.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 6 at Christ Lutheran Church, 7801 Indiana Ave., Lubbock, with Pastor Vanderbush officiating. Private inurnment was at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home 4100 S. Georgia St.
Wanda was born February 18, 1934 in Dawson County to Ober and Ora LaFon. She married Charles R. Seaberg December 21, 1951 in Lubbock, where they lived until they moved to Amarillo a year ago. They owned and operated a Service Master franchise for many years. She was a charter member of Christ Lutheran Church.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Charles R. Seaberg; two sons, Chuck Seaberg and wife, Zanda of North Richland Hills and Bill Seaberg and wife, Karmyn of Amarillo; five grandchildren, Alaina Seaberg and husband, Bryant De Abreu, Chris Seaberg and wife, Katherine, Jay Seaberg and wife Shyla, Jon Seaberg, Evan Seaberg and wife, Vanessa; and 4 great-grandchildren, Drake Seaberg, Drayson Seaberg, Bo Seaberg, and Sawyer Seaberg.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to Alzheimer’s Association National Office, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
