Waymann Joe Barnes

Waymann was born in Vernon, Texas to Carl Barnes and Maudie Laverne Harrison Barnes on May 30, 1938.  He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and retired after 21 plus years. He had several hobbies he enjoyed; he was a Silversmith and made sterling Silver jewelry, he was very artistic and painted. He loved to spend time in the mountains and had lived in Colorado during his life. He was a member of the Universal City Methodist Church in Universal City, TX. His greatest joy in life was his family and grandchildren. He will be missed dearly by all of them. Preceded in death by his parents; and his grandparents.Survivors include his wife Cynthia Barnes; four daughters, Sandy Berish and husband Mike of Kyle, TX, Tricia Padalecki and husband Ben of Seguin, TX, Becky Doege and husband Adolph of Seguin, TX, and Krissy Teegerstrom of San Francisco, CA;Son, Erik Teegerstrom and wife Mary Beth of Houston, TX, one brother, Dick Barnes and wife Paula of Amarillo  grandchildren, Carl and Kristian Teegerstrom, Amber and Shyra Berish, Samantha and husband Jared Busselman, Melanie Padalecki Michelle, Melinda, and Matthew Doege, and great-grandchild, Raelynn Busselman; and his loving companions Maggie, and Sassy.
