William "Beefy" Keith Spradling

William "Beefy" Keith Spradling, 28, of Glenpool, OK passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at his residence.

Will was born in Tulsa, OK on June 14, 1989, a son of Shari Dawn (Teal) and Phillip Keith Spradling, of Edmond, OK.

While attending Amarillo High School, he met his soon-to-be wife, Makale, on the golf team. He moved to Edmond his senior year and went to Edmond North, playing golf there as well. He went to the State Golf Championship at both schools. Will enjoyed watching OU football and the Dallas Cowboys. He taught himself how to play the guitar. Will excelled at everything he did; He always gave it his all. Will served our country in the U.S. Army in Afghanistan. While deployed, he reconnected with Makale and eventually the two met in Italy for their first date. He was awarded a Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma University, where he made the Dean's List.

He married Makale (Van Bakel) Spradling on March 12, 2016 in Norman, OK. The two shared a beloved dog named Jax, they treated like their child. Will worked as a Process Engineer for C.P. Kelco in Okmulgee.

William is survived by his loving wife, Makale; his parents, Phillip & Shari Spradling; sister, Brittany Wolf, and husband Josh; nephew, Luke; In-laws, Gary & Sheri Van Bakel; as well as many aunts, uncles, and other loving family members.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William L. & Edna G. Spradling; maternal grandfather, Curtis Wayne Teal; uncle Leo D. Spradling; Aunt Mary Ann Spradling.
